Zipper broke in less than a year
My wife purchased me a leather toiletry bag for my B day. The zipper was almost corroded when I got it, maybe it was the look but a quality zipper (brass) should never corrode. I’ve used it maybe 5 times and the zipper won’t stay zipped! Pops open in the middle. Customer service was no help. Take pictures blah blah blah. Should have spent $100 less elsewhere. I spent $1000s throughout the year on gloves for myself and now my boys and would expect better service!
