Poor quality and poor customer service
I bought 2 of these gloves for my son. The first glove broke at his first practice. The laces snapped in some areas. We exchanged for the same glove at the store and after 3 practices the exact same thing happened. My son is 11 so they aren't throwing hard. The store recommended I contact Rawlings, which I did. I was told by Rawlings that I could not file a warranty claim because laces were not covered under the warranty. Instead, I was told to take it somewhere and get it relaced on my dime. I find it ridiculous that they will not back their product. This was not an overuse issue, but a product issue. Very disappointed!

Awesome Glove
I bought this as my first first-base glove and I love it. It does take some time to break in and get used to. Great beginner first-base glove.

Shocked
This is an inexpensive 1st basemen's mitt and I am shocked at how well it has held up, I had it prebroken in at the store and it was ready to go that day. My son has used it now for 5 months and it's still in great shape, I am surprised but my son loves it and doesn't want any other mitt to use.

Great feature
I got this glove at the store, and I can’t wait to try it, so I took it to a training center, first pitch, 80 miles, boom!
It’s a really nice glove.

Holds up over the years
I got this mitt for my son back in 2020. when they didn’t want catchers the share equipment. He’s had it now for a good 3 years or 7 seasons spring/Fall. My son is a great catcher and catches most of the time. This mitt has been though a lot and the only reason I replaced it was bc he needed a bigger mitt. I had a hard time talking him in to replacing it.

I am the equipment manager for my local little league. We purchased this mitt new and it has been in service for 2 weeks and the webbing laces failed prematurely. It was being used by kids 9 to 10 years old that do not throw very hard. The mitt did break in nice and quick and seemed great to start. I do have photographic evidence but I was unable to attach.
