Rated 1 out of 5 by from Where is my Pro-Prefered custom glove? Rate my order? Sure! It’s a horrible experience! To think such a reputable company provides some of the worst customer service ever known! It seems like the more you spend the less they care about you. I ordered a custom glove from Rawlings and as stated on their site, you can wait 6-8 weeks or until we feel like sending it to you. That’s it! No other communication whatsoever. They gladly take your non refundable money and since they know you’re locked in, who cares when you get it. Also, 4-5 weeks in of waiting, please rate your glove and your experience, even though we at Rawlings don’t care if you received it or not. Why? Well because we are such a monopoly of gloves and baseball equipment that we know people will keep buying if you want to be like your MLB idols. So sad that Rawlings chooses to ignore its customers, those that are willing to spend over 500 dollars for a glove and will have no choice but wait 2-3 months for an order without any type of communication or rush. I will never invest in ordering anything custom from Rawlings or continue to promote your brand on and off the field. If you actually read this and care about your customers, invest in some better customer service. It’s really not that hard to treat people with the respect their deserve for buying from you. Can’t wait to probably be disappointed in my custom glove which I could have probably purchased off the rack. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing glove/ fast turn around Designer a 1st baseman glove for my son who is in his second year of high school ball. Got the glove at 50-50 for break in. Glove came in under 6 weeks and is just amazing. Going this glove last his last 3 years of high school baseball/

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Greed The only complaint I have is that Rawlings offered 50 dollars off a custom glove about a week after we ordered ours and they wouldn't honor the discount for our glove. Its seems petty, but for such a large money making business that is nothing. To a normal hard working person paying 500 dollars everytime his son needs a new glove that 50 dollars is much more noticable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Custom Proprefered Glove This is my 3rd Pro Prefered Custom Glove. Best feel, long lasting, and easy to break in. These glove last for 2-3 years with minimal ware. I play everyday either in practice or games. Customization allowed me to put my name on it, build the glove the way I want it and specialize the colors so that it is unique. No one steels a unique glove with your name on it. All other gloves that were not customized got stolen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jaw-Dropping I had used Heart of the Hide gloves for many years, and they are excellent gloves, but this time I decided to make the splurge and go for a custom built Pro Preferred. The things I noticed immediately were the snug, and well-padded fit, and how well it contoured to my hand. A thin coat of glove butter got the leather conditioned just right. This definitely exceeded my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Was loyal to the A2000, which Is a fine glove, but when I was recruited to play in college I reluctantly switched to Rawlings because that University is sponsored by Rawlings. Happy I made the change in preparation. My Pro Preferred Custome Glove is a step up. Just the overall feel and craftsmanship is superior.

Nice glove, ordered with the breakin and with a little more work glove was ready to use. Nice quality, color and stitching. Even came a week early. Will do it again when my next grandson get to high school.

It took very little effort to break it in and it did so exactly the way I like my mitt to be. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Thanks Rawlings!
