No one will let you talk to any one in upper management they said they can’t help you plus the person Michael will never call you back and there excuse is it wasn’t uploaded into the new system will I ever buy from Rawlings again NO! When you spend almost 400.00 on a glove for your grandson for his birthday and you have to tell him I don’t know when your glove will be here because nobody at this company can tell you anything.and I have to buy my other grandson a glove but not from here.you would think a company this large would have better customer service but it doesn’t.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny! Played with this glove for 2 weeks now and it the best glove I’ve have ever put my hand in. It is extremely comfortable and was almost completely ready to play out of the box. The thumb pocket is the best part. Bought my daughter a different “high end” brand last year and it’s still not as good as my Rawlings. Will be purchasing her a Rawlings for softball soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Middle Infield Excellent glove for middle infield. The Rawlings 204 pocket with Pro I-Web is one of the most popular combinations used by major leaguers. It is secure enough for one hand grabs yet it’s still easy to make a quick transfer from glove to throwing hand for DP’s and slowly hit grounders. The Heart of the Hide leather is the best baseball glove leather available, regardless of price, and the colors and “Wing Tip” design on the back of this glove give it a distinctive flair on the diamond. The R2G (Ready 2 Go) treatment has extra break-in and a thinner heel pad which makes the glove close to game-ready off the shelf. I was confident in using this glove in a game within a week, and it has performed flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Proud of this glove! My son began catching at 7 yrs old. We had previously bought only Bradley gloves. Obviously because they are youth specific. As he aged/sized out last year we bought maxed out "44" model glove. After a year we had lace problems. They popped everywhere. So I looked for a "forever glove". I had previously purchased a Heart of the Hide model for myself and adore it. So we decided to get one from Rawlings. We broke it in after two weeks of oil and catching and or beating it with a mallet. He absolutely loves his glove. Lives the chocolate color. Loves the feel. He is proud to wear it. He caught with it last week. Wore it for 3 out of 6 games. Won the Youth World Series in Lake of the Ozarks wearing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Glove - Poor Customization Bought this glove for my son as he is preparing to play in high school next year. Previously used the R9 infield I-Web model. He loves the feel of the glove and is starting the break in process which has been going great. Aesthetically loves the color as well. Only complaint is we paid to have his name added- as we have done with previously purchased Rawlings gloves for him and his older brother - and the lettering looks cheap and low quality comparative other times we had it done. I would have rather sent out and paid elsewhere as it detracts from the overall look of the glove.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Glove Bought this model a few months ago. It's the third Rawlings HOH I've had. Loved them all. It came Ready-2-Go, however it still needed some work. I use glove conditioner and really work with it to break it in to my liking. Leather is soft but still sturdy. I'll definitely keep buying from Rawlings, and recommend HOH to any player at any level. It's worth it.
