Rated 5 out of 5 by from GOOD VALUE I bought this glove for my son 1-1/2 year ago. It was super easy to break in, and is game ready in weeks, as apposed to months for others. the laces tend to come untied on certain places, and I have re-laced the palm because a lace broke. To be honest we use the heck out of this glove and have not really taken great care of it. I have since conditioned the leather when re-lacing, and it feels new again. I tightened up the laces in the fingers, noticed it was getting too floppy. and it really feels like a great broken in glove. My son loves it and uses it exclusively. If buying this new I would condition within the first 6 months, and tighten the laces sooner than I did. Honestly I didn't know how to. thanks you tube.. great glove and is leather unlike one review I read.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid kids glove. Late review. Going on a 1 year so. Great glove. Will need to tighten or relace after heavy use. But thats normal. Glove gets heavy daily use, and its been great.Do your normal maintenance and you will be fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great glove- holds up well Bought this for my son (12 now), had it about a year and a half, heavy use, no abuse. Took a little work to breaknit in, but after that this has been a really good glove. Held up well, smooth, great pocket. Would fo’ sho’ get this one again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great starter glove! Son Loved the glove, had it for for 2 years and still in great shape. Feel is very comfortable, easy and fast break in. Perfect starter glove over the cheaper gloves. Still used as a back up glove for friends and practice, I ivon use it to play catch with him, again. Feel is perfect for anyone starting. Not cheap and not full blown the best.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Impressed Love the colors, but this glove feels very cheaply made. I guess that's to be expected for a $75 glove. We will see how it holds up. What I'm most frustrated with is the customer service I received. Before placing my order, I reached out to the online chat and asked if a # sign could be added to the engraving because it wouldn't save when I tried to add it, like some of the examples show (don't have examples that show this if you can't do it.). I spoke with Anthony G., and he responded by saying let me reach out to the engraving team and I will follow up in an email. The email I later received said, "our engraving team has informed us that they can add the "#" for you. Once the order is placed, please contact us and let us know your order number so we can send that to our engraving team and ensure they get that added for you." Done, I instantly bought the glove, called the 1800 number, got the rudest person I've ever spoken to on the phone, and he says I can tell you we don't do that regardless of what shows on our website. He said he would let the engraving team know, but by his attitude, I highly doubt that my order and request was sent to the engraving team. I ended up responding to the email I had received saying it could be done that afternoon and gave my order number hoping my request would be done. Never received a response back, received my glove today withOUT the # sign. I know it's not the end of the world, but I wanted what I ordered and was told could be done.
