Nothing Is More Important Than Safety
The most obvious element of this mask is the quality. The matte black steel components have an exceedingly strong and sturdy construction that instills a confidence in the protection being provided. The matte finish reduces the reflective glare of sunlight, improving visibility. The padding in the chin region feels fine, but the padding in the forehead region feels surprising comfortable and firm. I would describe the texture as a firm mattress. The straps for the head have multiple adjustment configurations that allow the mask to fit absolutely any youth softball player. Overall, this is a great piece of sports equipment!

Comfortable and Visually Better
My daughter says the mask is comfortable and easier to visually see out of. She’s a pitcher so having the more open view helps. The only negative is it showed up with a small nick in it but wasn’t too noticeable or bad. I only realized it because I felt it when fitting the mask on her. Overall it’s a good mask. We will see how it holds up this season.

Worth a try.
Great mask. Very lightweight and durable. Fits perfectly around the face and provide good protection. Comfort feels good even after hours of wearing it.
