Unlock premium performance with the 2026 Rawlings Icon USA Baseball Bat — the flagship 2-piece composite USA bat engineered to help elite youth hitters dominate the zone.
This bat is built using In/Tense Carbon Composite, a seamless barrel design that delivers a massive sweet spot, increased trampoline effect, and precisely tuned stiffness for max energy transfer. Its Zero Loss Technology optimizes the connection point to reduce vibration and improve overall feel, while the swing weight profile gives players lightning-fast speed through the zone with excellent barrel control. In addition, the two-piece design helps reduce sting on mishits and creates a more forgiving hitting surface for developing hitters.
Finished off with a comfortable RevGrip and clean, confident aesthetic, the 2026 Rawlings Icon USA bat gives you everything you need to make a statement at the plate.
**Due to manufacturing tolerances, certification calculations and standards, or added materials such as grip tape or decals, drop is not intended to and should not be relied upon to calculate the actual weight of this bat as sold.

In all fairness to RawlingsRegarding Hohn123 and Millers reviews, I bought a -8, 29" Icon USSSA bat a year-and-a-half-ago for my son for tournament play. Four other players in the top of the line-up all big sluggers also like to use my son's Icon. My son's coach, a former MLB player, has an assistant whose a college All-American also periodically uses my son's Icon bat at full strength to demonstrate and the Icon is holding up just fine.
Complaining about Rawlings customer service after they replaced your broken bat apparently at no charge seems totally unjustified. And why would you be puzzled as to expect Rawlings replace it a second time as it appears from both your posted photos the bats were not broken due to durability issues but perhaps the need for anger management.

DissatisfiedI purchased the 2023 model and 7 months into ownership the bat broke. Pain dealing with customer service but eventually bat was replaced with the 2024 model. This time it was about the same age of bat that this one also broke. Customer service now says that the bat could only be replaced once. Very disappointed in the quality for the hefty price tag. Turned me away from Rawlings. I’m sure there’s not much difference from year to year except the paint. Buyer beware

ICON -12 broke in a week & tough return processDisappointed — I purchased the 29-inch ICON Drop 12 just one week ago, and it has already broken. The retailer is working with the Rawlings rep to try to make things right (time will tell), but the return/exchange process should really be more seamless if the bats are this delicate.

Don’t waste your moneyI rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel other families deserve to know what happened.
We have now had two Rawlings Icon bats fail. The first bat cracked before it was even a year old and was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement bat also cracked before it reached one year of use. Both bats were used by a youth player during normal practices and games, were properly cared for, and were never abused or misused.
For a bat that is marketed as one of the best in youth baseball, this level of durability is unacceptable. You simply expect a premium bat to last longer than a single season. Two bats cracking in less than a year each should not happen.
What makes this even more disappointing is Rawlings' response. My warranty claim for the replacement bat was denied because the original purchase date was more than one year ago. I understand that's the company's written policy, but from a customer's perspective it doesn't feel right. When a warranty replacement also fails before it's even a year old, you would hope the company would stand behind the quality of its product instead of relying solely on the original purchase date.
My family chose the Icon because we trusted the Rawlings name and believed we were investing in one of the highest-quality bats available. Instead, we've experienced two premature failures and have been left feeling that customer loyalty doesn't matter once the calendar reaches the warranty expiration date.
I hope Rawlings takes customer feedback seriously and reevaluates both the durability of the Icon bat and its warranty policy. Premium products should come with premium quality and customer support.
Sadly, after this experience, I can no longer recommend the Rawlings Icon. There are too many other companies making high-end bats that not only perform well but also stand behind their products when something goes wrong.
