Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Impressed Love the colors, but this glove feels very cheaply made. I guess that's to be expected for a $75 glove. We will see how it holds up. What I'm most frustrated with is the customer service I received. Before placing my order, I reached out to the online chat and asked if a # sign could be added to the engraving because it wouldn't save when I tried to add it, like some of the examples show (don't have examples that show this if you can't do it.). I spoke with Anthony G., and he responded by saying let me reach out to the engraving team and I will follow up in an email. The email I later received said, "our engraving team has informed us that they can add the "#" for you. Once the order is placed, please contact us and let us know your order number so we can send that to our engraving team and ensure they get that added for you." Done, I instantly bought the glove, called the 1800 number, got the rudest person I've ever spoken to on the phone, and he says I can tell you we don't do that regardless of what shows on our website. He said he would let the engraving team know, but by his attitude, I highly doubt that my order and request was sent to the engraving team. I ended up responding to the email I had received saying it could be done that afternoon and gave my order number hoping my request would be done. Never received a response back, received my glove today withOUT the # sign. I know it's not the end of the world, but I wanted what I ordered and was told could be done.
